MCH assists as many qualified families in need of financial aid as is financially feasible each year.
• Families currently receiving financial aid must reapply each year.
• Funds dedicated to financial aid may not be sufficient in every case to cover all needs.
• Financial aid applications are accepted for students in Primary 3 (Kindergarten) and above.
The Financial Aid application process opens on November 10th, 2023 for the following 2024-2025 academic year. Financial Aid applications must be completed and fully processed by February 15th, 2024. Applications will not be considered if they are received after this deadline. To be eligible for financial aid, students must show consistent academic proficiency and positive behavior. Both student and family must demonstrate support and respect for the school’s mission and values. In addition to this, current families must be in good financial standing with the school.
Applicants for Financial Aid are asked to complete an online application through FACTS Tuition Management and upload the supporting documentation required to complete the online process. The service does not decide whether financial assistance will be given or how much to give, but it provides a need-based financial aid analysis and a recommendation for what a family should reasonably contribute toward tuition.
